Top Fairing

Boxed Frame Trailers

Requires a top fairing with a 90° rear bend. Secured with double-sided tape at the leading edge and bolted to the top flange.

  • 90° bend configuration
  • Leading edge tape adhesion required
  • Clean surface with 50/50 IPA/water
  • J-roller at 15 lb pressure to activate tape
Top Fairing

Extended Rear Flange Trailers

Requires a top fairing with a 180° rear bend. No tape required at the rear, the fairing engages the extended flange directly.

  • 180° bend configuration
  • No tape at rear edge
  • Push rear edge down and forward to engage flange
  • Center fairing equally from panel to both sides

Smooth Side Wall Trailers

The smooth side fairing mounts directly to the flat side wall using brackets, rivets, and leading edge tape.
